Background & EXPERIENCE

I started as a Personal Trainer in 2001 for Bally Total Fitness. In 2003, I went through a certification in assisted stretching and started utilizing stretching with my personal clients, and also in Dr. Z’s rehab along with his protocol.

TRAININGs & SKILLS

In 2024, I completed StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP), an intensive and comprehensive course. This program is the first nationally accredited assisted stretching certification, recognized by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence. Following my training, I worked with clients at StretchLab for eight months, continuously refining and enhancing my skill set.
